We endeavour to make the finest quality garments and take every measure to produce a long lasting item of clothing. We believe this is the only true solution to sustainable clothing beyond nudity.

Returns Policy
We have poured so much love and hard work into every element of our Loomes products and we want you to love and cherish them. If your not happy with your purchase you may return any item within 5 days of purchase for any reason, or exchange for anything else. Unless it is a custom made item.
Fine Print
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed with all original tags and stickers attached.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags and stickers attached may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Returns must be posted back within 5 days of delivery.
Please note: Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, international returns cannot be accepted where the value of the items being returned in one shipment is over $1000. Please ship the items separately as we are not responsible to pay duties to receive the goods. If there is a charge it may be deducted from your final refund.
Return Freight
Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, for any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
How to return
To return, please email us directly with a reason for the return. We try to avoid waste so do not include a return form with every order, you can print a returns form here and include it in the parcel with all your details and the proof of purchase, or simply just email and hand write a note to include in your parcel.
Please include in your email your name and order number and the reason you wish to return your purchase and photographs if relevant.

Faulty Items
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality, and we triple check everything before it leaves us. Quality is our number one priority. However our garments are all hand made by artisans working from the comfort of their home using unique techniques and finishes, dyed by hand with organic dyes. We pride ourself that every piece is unique and one of a kind however if you have received an item with a defect please immediately contact us at info@loomes.co email us a detailed description and a photo or two showing the defect/fault.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and can certainly be repaired - head to our blog or feel free to contact us directly for tips and tricks to repair it yourself. We also offer a repair service as part of our lifetime warranty.
Incorrect Items
If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, we are very sorry, please contact us directly at info@loomes.co and we will pay for the return postage and send you the correct item.
Receiving a refund
Your refund will be credited to the original credit card, PayPal account. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
If you used a gift voucher, you will be issued with a store credit. The amount is automatically added to your Account and will be valid for one year. You will be refunded the full amount / store credit minus the initial cost of shipping.
