The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of Loomes and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate copyright and other intellectual property rights laws. We endeavour to credit everyone we can in our blog sections, if your images are used anywhere on our site and we have not given you recognition please do get in touch so we can rectify the matter.
Purchases
The purchase of any product or service made available through Loomes, will require the supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Payment and contact details. All payments are due upon receipt. If payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchases. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
We use a zero waste approach to manufacturing so a lead time between the purchase and delivery can occur. Please get in touch if you require it sooner.
Repairs and Alterations
Each repair and alteration is unique so we do not have a blanket price, if you would like a repair, alteration or over dye; please email us photographs and a detailed description and we will promptly respond and quote you for the task.
Content
Our services allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material/ content. Please credit us when doing so.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Loomes. Loomes has no control over, and assumes no liability for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you further acknowledge and agree that Loomes shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or allegedly caused by or in connection with use or reliance on any such third-party content, goods or services.
